Hi, I’m Dr. Ryan J. Pelton. Over the last twenty years I’ve started three churches, led nonprofits, built businesses, and written more than twenty books. Along the way I’ve learned something simple but powerful: life and leadership are about paying attention—to people, to purpose, to God, and to the opportunities right in front of us.

When I step into a room to speak, my goal isn’t just to inspire. I want to give people practical tools and real stories that they can take home and use right away—whether they’re leading a team, starting a business, or navigating the ups and downs of ministry.
